The Office has had a few official Halloween episodes throughout the years, it's also had some unofficial episodes too.  I have adored it all.  The first Halloween episode they did, Michael had to fire someone by the end of the day.  Imagine having to be fired while you're in costume!  It ain't pretty, but it sure is funny!
