Once upon a time ago, a super nerdy teenage boy with spidey powers was born. He was especially cute, okay maybe Stan Lee wants me to believe that Spider-man isn't cute, but I simply won't oblige. Anyways, Spider-man made his first debut in August of 1962 in Amazing Fantasy #15. I've seen so many revitalizations of the famed hero, some of them spectacular and others not so spectacular, but each one has that same amount of comfort, that this real gawky boy will persist. He gives me hope in the underdog like many other superheroes do, but he is one of the coolest because of his super, spidey powers. He is the inspiration to many gawky teenage boys and he will be for many more generations to come.
